Many healthcare leaders are technically excellent but overloaded, underchallenged, or stuck in reactive mode. We coached the head of a clinical department who had lost team traction and was struggling to influence upwards. Through regular sessions, a Hogan assessment and 360° feedback, he clarified his vision, shifted how he led meetings, and improved team ownership.
