Jochem Overbosch
Founder and Managing Partner
Jochem Overbosch brings a unique blend of personal resilience, global perspective, and strategic expertise to his role as Founder and Managing Partner of Overbosch & Co, an executive search firm specializing in healthcare leadership. His journey reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence, purpose-driven work, and building trusted relationships across sectors.
Jochem began his journey at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where he developed a foundation in business and leadership. Early roles at Deutsche Bank and Booz Allen Hamilton provided him with extensive international experience, honing his analytical skills and igniting his passion for solving complex challenges. It was through these experiences that Jochem identified his calling in executive search, particularly within the healthcare sector—a field marked by its complexity, societal impact, and the extraordinary dedication of its professionals.
This focus became deeply personal when Jochem served as a non-executive Chair for a small healthcare provider. This role underscored the transformative power of (medical) leadership in driving both quality and accessibility in healthcare delivery. This realization became the cornerstone of his career, inspiring him to pursue impactful leadership solutions within the sector.
For over 15 years, Jochem led the healthcare practice at Odgers Berndtson, where he cultivated deep relationships across Europe and contributed to transformative initiatives within the industry. Driven by a desire to make an even greater impact, he founded Overbosch & Co in 2024. The firm is dedicated to partnering with organizations to identify and place visionary leaders who align with their strategic objectives and can catalyze meaningful change.
Jochem is recognized for his strategic acumen, industry expertise, and unwavering commitment to integrity. Under his leadership, Overbosch & Co aims to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by strengthening the leadership structures that drive innovation and progress.
Jochem lives just north of Amsterdam with his wife and two daughters.
Elisa Viaud
Associate Partner
Elisa is an Organizational Psychologist and Certified Executive Coach, PCC with over 15 years of experience at tech companies such as Uber and Tesla and executive search firms, including Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart. Her expertise spans Executive Search, HR Management, Neuroscience for Business and Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. Elisa also practices psychotherapy in Amsterdam.
She is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, a tool she uses for candidate selection and predicting performance, as well as Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0, enabling her to support individuals and teams in achieving peak performance. Fluent in English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, Elisa collaborates with organizations and leaders, focusing on driving meaningful change and sustainable growth within the tech, automotive, healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Anique Kuster
Personal Assistant
Anique is a highly versatile and engaging Personal Assistant.
She has an extensive background in hospitality, having worked in Parisian palaces and Amsterdam’s leading hotels. She built her career from receptionist to Executive Assistant in the financial sector. Fluent in French and proficient in English, Spanish, and German, Anique naturally embodies a commitment to going the extra mile.
Anique and Jochem first worked together at Odgers Berndtson, supporting the Healthcare sector, and have been an exceptional team ever since.
She is passionate about organisation and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, guiding individuals through each step of the process. With her keen eye for detail, she oversees timelines and processes to ensure nothing is overlooked. Anique’s dedication and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of the Overbosch & Co team.
She lives in Amsterdam with her two daughters and enjoys spending time with them and her many friends. Besides that, she is often found in a Museum or in the gym.
Fiona van Pallandt
Senior Research Consultant
Fiona has more than 20 years of experience in executive search. She began her career with leading global firms in Amsterdam before relocating to London in 2013.
Since then, she has focused on senior mandates across multiple sectors worldwide. An experienced researcher, Fiona is recognised for her ability to identify and engage the right candidates for complex leadership roles. Initially concentrated on financial services, her practice has expanded to include energy, industrials, manufacturing, and healthcare. In 2024, she joined Overbosch & Co. to specialise in healthcare, a sector in which she derives particular professional fulfilment.
Fiona brings an international perspective, having lived in eight countries and attended both British and American international schools. She read History of International Relations at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
Iris Samsom
Research Consultant
Iris Samsom brings an international and multidisciplinary perspective to her role at Overbosch & Co. After completing her education at the Stockholm International School, she earned a degree in Management in Healthcare from Hogeschool Utrecht and a Master’s in Innovation in Healthcare and Welfare. This academic foundation fueled her interest in the intersection of leadership, innovation, and organizational development within healthcare.
She gained experience at organizations including OLVG and Bupa, where she worked in recruitment, strategy, and consultancy. These roles strengthened her understanding of the complexity of the healthcare sector. Since 2024, Iris has been working as a Research Consultant at Overbosch & Co, where she focuses on identifying and supporting leaders who can deliver sustainable impact in healthcare. She is recognized for her analytical mindset, international outlook, and ability to connect people and ideas to broader societal challenges.
Based in Amsterdam, Iris enjoys an active lifestyle, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with friends. She has a passion for exploring new cultures and experiences.
Marijn Zuiker
Research Consultant
Marijn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Healthcare and Welfare. She is currently pursuing a Pre-Master in Healthcare Sciences followed by a Master in Healthcare Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
After several years of international work and travel experiences, Marijn is now based in Amsterdam. She enjoys connecting with people and cultures and is always open to learning from everything and everyone.
With a background in hospitality and a strong focus on healthcare, Marijn combines service excellence with organizational insight. This unique intersection allows her to bring a client-centered perspective to leadership and transformation in healthcare. As a Research Consultant at Overbosch & Co, she focuses on identifying and supporting leaders who can deliver lasting impact across the sector.
Mike Mulder
Research Analyst
Mike Mulder is the youngest member of our team, bringing a sharp analytical vision and an authentic voice to the company. He distinguishes himself through his natural curiosity and clear determination, driving toward success. Alongside his work here, he is also a bartender at Shelter, one of Amsterdam’s most vibrant clubs. He aspires to study medicine in Groningen. Mike, based in Amsterdam, is pursuing opportunities while carving out his own path.
